The Bavaria C42 is a beautiful boat and was quite well equipped. The area is magnificent.
The yacht wasn't in the Lefkas town marina, but 15 minutes south. Furthermore, we were given a different yacht without any comment, the same model and equipment, but a year older – without any comment. The handover was quite relaxed; we had no problems, but it could lead to problems if no one checks the boat more carefully upon pick-up or return. We stayed in the small Nikiana marina, very nice and quiet. You need a card for electricity and water, which can only be obtained in Lefkas (a 15-minute drive). The owner turned on the electricity, but by late in the evening the credit was used up, no one was available, and we slept in 35-degree heat without the existing air conditioning.
