Charter guests don't always sail on 16-meter yachts. The people in charge made it sound like the bow thruster wasn't important. I'm paying for a yacht as described. Anything else is unacceptable. The sails are worn out and barely trimmable. The plotter was set to Czech. It's fun to muddle through the menu. The bow toilet on the port side of the hull doesn't work.
