My impression is somewhat subjective, as I particularly like the Lagoon 380. Small but perfectly formed. However, some defects are to be expected at the end of the season. This is objective, unavoidable. Our mainsail didn't have all its battens where they should be. The portside toilet had a problem with its tank. The kitchen utensils were a bit spartan. The window seals were showing their age. Everything was fixable, not a big deal. The electrical system was good, the refrigerator the best I've ever had on a charter boat. The boat ran great, easy to operate, pleasant, beautiful. A Lagoon 380, in fact. I'd happily recommend it. The charter company, Helenic, was very considerate and helpful. I'd gladly go again. The marina, however, is a mess. Loud disco music during off-peak hours, a completely overpriced supermarket, and bathroom facilities that are far too small... Fortunately, the local markets have adapted to the charter business. We were able to buy good, affordable items, including delivery to the boat. Where? It doesn't matter. Everyone is doing business. As I said, the marina: +100%. The sailing area is simply beautiful. Perfect anchorages, beautiful trips, friendly people. I'll be back!
- Marina, market too expensive, restrooms much too small. - Boat should be checked more thoroughly. Glasses, coffee pot, sails, toilet, lines, instruments. Certainly difficult at the end of the season. If you know your way around, you can fix a lot of things yourself. It's not a big deal, but a bit annoying.

The marina is well-organized and clean. The skipper is excellent. Excellent management by Hellenic Yachting.
Check the boat's condition thoroughly. The galley equipment is poorly cleaned. The tender engine is not fully efficient. Some boat details are not clearly specified.

The base manager Diego is a lovely guy who did his best effort in the terrible situation that we were in. The boat wasn’t ready for the season with no sails, no propellers and in poor maintenance levels. We only got the boat the next day and lost a day and a half of our vacation. When I asked the office for a compensation they referred me to the agent (boataround) and only after the agent intervened and at the end of the week we were replied that we will be compensated.
Just don’t lie. If the boat is not even in the water please don’t tell me that it will be ready in a few minutes as the team will finish to clean it. Waiting for five hours in the marina and eventually not even get the boat on that day is a terrible experience. If only you would communicate the situation I’m sure that it would be much easier. Further more, when you know that you were not ok you can offer a compensation and not to let me write five emails for that. The boat was poorly maintained with lots of other defects.

The yacht's perfect size was ideal for our family adventure through the Dodecanese islands. Its compact yet well-designed layout made navigating into ports and marinas a breeze, which took so much stress out of our journey. The boat's solid construction gave us peace of mind, and the friendly staff made the entire experience wonderfully smooth.
Everything was great. No recommendations for improvement.
