The GR Sailing staff were always very professional. We had a broken gearbox cable, and they put us in touch with a mechanic in Vathy who arrived at the agreed-upon time, replaced the cable, and got everything working again in just one hour. Upon our return to port, they waited for us and helped us dock. Check-out was smooth, and they released our warranty as promised on the scheduled day. The entire experience was very pleasant and professional.
The catamaran needs new batteries (it has 4 electric toilets). That was the only thing that wasn't excellent, since every seven hours it had to be started to recharge them.
