The area was breathtaking – crystal-clear water, beautiful bays, and impressive coastal scenery. Our skipper was fantastic: professional, friendly, and always helpful. The boat was also in excellent condition, well-equipped, and offered us all plenty of comfort.
Unfortunately, our experience with the charter company was disappointing in several respects. Unlike other providers, they didn't provide a trolley, which made transporting our purchases to the boat unnecessarily inconvenient. Despite booking an early check-in at 3:00 PM, we still had to wait about 40 minutes for a company representative to arrive at the boat. Even five days after check-out, the deposit had still not been refunded – which is unusually long and frustrating in this industry.
