The area was breathtaking – crystal-clear water, beautiful bays, and impressive coastal scenery. Our skipper was fantastic: professional, friendly, and always helpful. The boat was also in excellent condition, well equipped, and offered us all plenty of comfort.
Unfortunately, our experience with the charter company was disappointing in several respects. Unlike other providers, they didn't provide a trolley, which made transporting our purchases to the boat unnecessarily inconvenient. Despite booking an early check-in at 3:00 PM, we still had to wait about 40 minutes for a company representative to arrive at the boat. Even five days after check-out, the deposit had still not been refunded – which is unusually long and frustrating in this industry.
