We paid for early check-in and left the port at 5:00 PM. The water generator was not working and the very next day after departure we had to change our original route and look for ports to fill with water. When renting the yacht, no one warned the captain that one of the engines sometimes failed. The dinghy's engine was not working and we could not use the dinghy. All of these things ruined our planned vacation and we will file a claim for lost profits.
