Boat mostly in good condition, efficient takeover process, good equipment in the boat, even if some parts are old. Effective solution to the problem we had - changing the rope.
The old UV protection came off the killer whale due to the wind, it was in no way our fault. We were charged EUR 180 for the repair. The charter company seems to maneuver between the boat owners and the charter crews and try to keep the old sails and ropes without replacement until they can be charged to some crew because the owner doesn't want to pay otherwise.

Communication in Marina Kos with Istion. The takeover and handover of the ship was fair and detailed. Subsequent complaints were properly processed and settled.
Unfortunately, our CAT 50 was not in the best condition. The maintenance of the ship was not appropriate for this price, the lines needed replacing and were in poor condition. The controls were extremely notchy and difficult to use from the start, this had to be replaced after 2 days in Samos Marina, which meant we lost 2 days of sailing. For a 50 foot catamaran, the circuit is an absolute impertinence, mind you, we were 12 experienced sailors on board, an inexperienced crew would probably have had serious difficulties!!!!
