The technical condition of the boat was far from satisfactory. The condition of the service batteries was not satisfactory. After a few hours of use, it indicated low voltage, even though we had hardly used anything except the cooler. We had to run the engines several times just to recharge them somewhat. A bigger problem was that due to the improper settings, the service batteries also drained the engine batteries, so we had the extremely unpleasant situation of not being able to start the engines. Fortunately, we were already anchored in a safe place, but we stopped the engines several times during the day in open water. We received help by phone and after long attempts, we finally managed to restart the engines one by one. After that, there were no problems with the starts, but the capacity of the service batteries became even worse. Several windows of the boat were soaked, one toilet did not work, two toilets were broken, and it was wobbling. The SUP we received had holes, and the dinghy engine's retracting rope torn during the third use. We replaced this. We tightened and replaced the screws on the doors and cabinets, because most of them were rattling and missing. For the amount we paid, we did not receive a boat in the technical condition that we would have expected. We wanted to ask the owner for compensation, but after a very short conversation, he practically left us there and ended the conversation with a spit.
