I rented the yacht for a week from August 20, 2022. On arrival the board was a mess, the toilet was not working, it was full of urine and the room had a terrible stench. The toilet could not be flushed and the black water tank was not functional. The representative of Adria Charter tried to convince me that yachts do not have such a tank and that we should discharge sewage directly into the sea. When I showed it to him, he admitted that it was broken. He wanted to give us a discount of 250 Euro (that he would not charge the fee for the dog and something else, which did not solve the stated situation in any way). He called for the help of an acquaintance who began to repair the toilet flush. At the same time, according to the published negative review by David from Spain, the toilet was already non-functional on 10.7.2022: - Working with professional people, the owner of the boat has not returned the deposit of €1,200, because a cushion has been lost and the toilet was clogged , which we have not used throughout the stay.. The engine was also not in order, it could only be started after being sprayed with start spray. After asking what if we stay somewhere with the boat, we learned that it doesn't matter, the boat has a GPS and will know where to pick us up. The ship was right in the city of Zadar, there was no water or electricity connection at the anchorage. Mooring ropes were missing. The yacht was only attached to the neighboring ship in front. The parking place for the car was also not secured, and it was not easy to find any place in the city center. Due to a very bad impression of the condition of the yacht, I did not take it over. I received a refund promise from the Adria Charter representative. Immediately on the spot, I informed Boataround about the situation by phone. As of today (September 6, 2022), the money has not been returned to me. I didn't think that something like this could happen to me and I would meet such a non-serious boat charterer. We ended up spending our vacation in a motorhome.
