4 Poor
Marina facilities, helpful staff at the reception. While boarding, one of the crew members dropped his mobile phone under the pier, the marina immediately got a diver to retrieve it.
However, the check-in to the boat was very bad. We only received the boat at 6:40 PM by contacting the technician directly at the pier, otherwise we would have waited even longer, even though the charter company announced boarding at 5:30 PM. We already had supplies ready for the boat, but cleaning was still in progress. We also chose this boat on the basis that it had an outdoor grill, which the technician failed to get working even after three attempts (2× on Saturday evening and 1× on Sunday morning). In the end, we agreed that he would get another technician the next day and we would eventually return with the boat (he did not call for a whole week). At the same time, the dinghy was missing, which was brought on Saturday night by a young employee who did not have the strength to even get it on board and vehemently apologized that everyone was already gone (it was about 9:00 PM on Saturday), so even if we wanted to, we could not sail on Saturday evening. The highlight of everything, however, was the discovery on the Sunday after departure that our toiletries had gone missing from the bathroom cabinets, and on Monday morning we found out why. The entire cruise, there was a rat on board the ship with us, tearing up toiletries, plastic bags (including garbage) and spoiling food (it got everywhere except for a few cabinets in the salon). I can only speculate in retrospect how long the rodent had been on the ship and whether it somehow correlated with the late check-in. In any case, I wonder if the crew was informed of this fact after us, because despite all the efforts of four small traps and two large ones, the animal could not be caught.
