We had some unexplainable technical issues (bathing platform did not move electrically, issue with rope of genua furler, we lost propellor of bow truster of which we had no idea how this happened. We hardly used the bow truster). There were no cockpit lights.

Boat was ultra equipped, charter company was kind and responsive, general organization is very good. Marina Frapa adds great value to the overall experience.
Cleaning at check in (i understand they had some technical issues, I understand the previous guests were very dirty, but we had to clean the boat ourselves inspite waiting till almost 17:00). Pillows and towels quality could be improved given the general level of the boat.
Marina not overcrowded, sanitary facilities clean, quick handling of pick-up/return of the yacht.
No nautical charts on board, on-board toilet constantly filled with black water (Joker Valve broken?), shower unusable (waste water pump broken), autopilot malfunctioned several times a day (display: rudder reference sensor broken), mainsail could only be hoisted 2/3 of the way up, otherwise it would get stuck on the mast when being hoisted!! After I arrived on Friday evening, when I tried to clarify these points, the head of the charter agency simply left me standing there without comment. The next morning I tried to speak to him again. He accused me of just wanting my money back and of saying that a yacht can't function perfectly. This was my 3rd charter in Croatia on a Hanse 460, and I've seen it differently. I will not be chartering with First Class Sailing in Rogoznica again.
