Poor maintenance control of the boat with impact on delay departure. During the cruise we faced several mal functions in the cabin equipement and after ten days (of a 15 days cruise) loss of generator and cosequently AC. However the main problem was the loss of a propeller blade. The inspection of the propeller clearly shows an old fracture in excess of 70% of the blade section. At check out we requested the reimbursement of insurance deposit and sail Aegean requested several weaks to clarifiy this issue without presentig credible arguments and obviously we asked for maximum one weak. After one weak we sent an email requesting an up date, and another weak passed we got no answer.
