We were largely impressed by Boataround's services. We like the boarding pass concept and the associated checklist.
We didn't have a contact person in Corfu to pick up the yacht and had to track down the charter company ourselves. The shopping wasn't on the boat—that was taken care of later. Check-in couldn't take place at 2:00 PM, but only at about 3:00 PM. So, the finishing touches were missing.
