The best yacht I've ever chartered. Excellent bathing platforms, a drop-down ramp with a pontoon, comfortable relaxation areas at the stern, roof, and forward. Top-quality electronics, a solid anchor, bow thruster, watermaker, and fuel-efficient engines—everything you need for a comfortable cruise. The only downsides? The only windows-less middle berth (on both sides) and the lack of longer mooring lines to the rocks (maybe they'll add them?). The rest—perfection.
My experience with Croatia Yachting was exceptionally negative, mainly due to the pseudo-friendliness and unprofessional attitude of the office employee: a) He delayed issuing the yacht's documents, keeping me waiting for 30-45 minutes, citing "washing the yacht outside"—even though it was pouring rain and I could see work was already underway on the yacht. b) Instead of securing the deposit on my credit card, he charged it €3,500. The refund is supposedly due after a month, and if not, I should "write them down." c) Despite paying for early check-in, I was informed that it was "unavailable" and offered mid-time check-in (2:00-3:00 PM). In reality, I didn't sail out until 5:00 PM, despite paying €150 for early boarding. For a charter of this size, I expected premium service. What I received was anti-premium – especially compared to the following week, when I rented a catamaran from a large chain and everything went smoothly and without the slightest problem.
