After picking up the boat, the anchor windlass broke the next day. I reported the problem, and the charter company came to repair it. Unfortunately, the repair was unsuccessful. The engine was replaced with a used one, which resulted in two more breakdowns and repairs. I lost two days of the charter scheduling and repairs. I understand that breakdowns are possible. However, the charter company is clearly trying to save (?) on repairs! They install worn-out equipment. Unfortunately, during pick-up at the end of the trip, the charter company started threatening me with payment for damages/repairs! The behavior of the staff was outrageous! The comments to me and my crew were absolutely unacceptable! The entire atmosphere was terrible! I do not recommend it! I believe it's worth pointing out to the charter company that good customer service is key. As a result of this experience, I don't want to return to Turkey to sail again! Certainly not with "Yacht Classic Hotel Marina LoveSail"! I have never had such a bad experience with any boat charter company since 2017.
