You can fix everything. The boat was in terrible condition; the only positive is that it floated at all. Besides that: one sail had a hole, the sprayhood was in pieces—it's hard to even call them holes—the truster didn't work (the owner's representative himself admitted this in correspondence), the bathing platform was glued on with silicone, the batteries barely lasted 24 hours and weren't charging from the engine, engine oil in the bilge, one toilet couldn't be flushed, and we had major problems raising the mainsail. Two weeks before the charter began, we were informed that we had to pay for the home marina (Poseidon) for the first and last days of the charter (€120 per day), when we could no longer cancel the charter. The shipowner's representative, a man named Roberto, tried to extort a deposit from us for fuel we supposedly hadn't filled up, even though correspondence with Aleksandra from the same shipowner confirmed that they accept an 80% full tank (which is how much fuel we received). As a result, we were charged 40 liters of fuel, which we had to fill up. Check-out also took a very long time, hoping we'd be in a hurry to catch our flight and leave the deposit. Yes, the deposit! Only when we arrived did we discover that the marina's card terminal was out of order, and we had to arrange cash. That's right. Furthermore, we couldn't arrive on Saturday because check-in closed at 11 p.m., and someone had to come Sunday morning to install the mainsail.

The rolling main sail is opening a little bit to hard.

The checkout experience was terrible, the base manager was not present at the checkout and the representative didn't bring the documents with him. So we could not make the written checkout. And we could not discuss the problems as the representative kept telling me that the base manager will decide. They sent me the documents via WhatsApp and they made me pay for things that broke because they were improperly fixed before the check-in.

The batterie control made a terrible peep at day and night time as soon as shore energy was not available. The Charter Company knew about the nerv-killing problem an haven't fixed it. Big minus!
