The staff were very welcoming. At check-in, they were rushed and inspected the onboard equipment superficially. At check-out, they also checked the sails, along with other items not previously considered. We were charged for a porthole, but again, no one had checked it at check-in, making it impossible to dispute. During the rental period, we reported malfunctions with the onboard electronics, which forced us to change our route. We had to resolve these issues at our own expense by rewiring the cables, cleaning the cockpit light contacts, inflating the tender that wasn't holding pressure, repairing worn out locker hinges, and fixing all the door handles that were coming loose. These issues weren't reported to the staff at check-in, and were ignored by the staff upon delivery after we informed them of what we should have done to resolve the issue ourselves. We paid for the porthole, but we asked them to provide it anyway so we could obtain reimbursement from our insurance company, as requested by our surveyor.
