Quality anchor system installed on the boat.

I didn't like looking for Veritas Yachting who administers all the necessary charter company AmunRe Yachting, but they don't really know anything and AmunRe doesn't have an office so you find someone called Mario on the jetty and all over the ACI marina. AmunRe is apparently a one owner and possibly one ship company. The owner basically started to "annoy" the handover of the boat with text messages 3 days before the arrival. He wanted to know exactly when we would arrive, which is very well estimated in the season. Subsequently, he sent to hand over the ship to some person who probably didn't even work for him and who was bossy and incredibly unpleasant. He handed the boat over in a sloppy way, saying that when we got out and found something, we should call the owner. The ship was in a dismal technical condition. The devices didn't work all week. We did not know the speed of the ship, the speed and direction of the wind and the depth. Even the windex on the mast also gave up and spun. The sails were missing top spires, the autopilot was malfunctioning. The stove did not tilt as it is customary for yachts (we had to repair and adjust it). In addition, the owner of the ship brought his mess with him, explaining that the charter is a complicated business and if he were to take the things away from the ship, they would have to rent a storage box in the port and that it is said to be expensive. On the ship were 6 handles from winches, 2 ship hooks, 7 million pillows, sheets for 3 shifts, 2 shower hoses, packages from the e-shop containing spare parts (locks for cabinets), two axes, the owner's food and water barrels, a vacuum cleaner ....and a ton more of unnecessary stuff that greatly reduced the space for the crew to put their stuff. Someone deliberately removed REEF 1 from the mainsail, probably so that no one would expose this regatta boat to very strong conditions. We had them, and the possibility of partially cutting the sail was missing. And it was not by accident, but on purpose. Because the rope, which was clearly guided by the boom along the path of the desired reef, was pulled from the brake described REEF 1 and pulled into the free undescribed brake. The owner sealed the engine speed with cardboard to make it clear that you should only drive at an imaginary 2200 revolutions, even though this type of engine is normally much more. However, the throttle was enabled, so it couldn't be adjusted to any other position anyway. Subsequently, we were told that the owner would monitor the ship and that without anyone having me sign consent to this GDPR. The last cherry was when the owner of the vessel started accusing me after reporting the defects that we had to do it. And why didn't we check it at check-in. The sails did not go, there was Bora. You also can't check the instruments with the ship tied up... etc. But on top of that, he didn't forget to send me a message whenever the Sentinel tracking system reported a low service battery. The ships do not belong in the hands of such owners. NO MORE AMUN-RE!
