Unfortunately, this is unprofessional and we were unable to sail out on the first day because we had lost too much time during the handover. Sails are not checked either. It's like Ryan Air. Everything costs extra. The seat mats in the cockpit were taken off the boat right under our noses when we pointed this out. Did you pay extra? No? Then I'll take them back. The mats are ten years old and there are only two of them. They wanted 60 euros for them for our two-week charter! Then the shock when checking out: the diver had discovered underwater damage. Only when we asked them to compare the photos with those of the previous renter did it become clear that the damage had already been there.
