Nothing that justifies
We rented the boat for 2 weeks. We arrived on a Saturday around 11 p.m. and didn't get to grips with it until Sunday morning. 30 minutes of getting to grips with it is ridiculous. A "seen" in all the boxes without even being able to check or have a critical look. First day of sailing, the mainsail only goes out 50%: the mainsail was not checked before the takeover. Garish and a colleague came to a bay the evening we were waiting for them to resolve the problem. Result: a day lost. 2 days later, one of the 2 refrigerators no longer works. Again, a colleague had to come and meet us (2 hours by car for him) and we had to agree on a place where there was a road. Again a problem that restricts our freedom of navigation. The rest of the navigation (Datcha Gulf) continues without any new surprises. The toilets integrated into the forward cabin stink disgustingly. This smell spreads throughout the cabin. It's impossible to sleep without the hatch fully open. The boating season ends, back at Yacht Classic Marina. When I hand over the boat, Garish informs me that the rudder has a "fart" that has chipped the gelcoat. He demands I pay 200 euros in cash. During this navigation, I never hit or struck a rock or anything else (I have been sailing for over 30 years and owned a 66-foot sailboat, sailed in all the seas of the globe, I know what "touch" means). Garish told me that the video images are at my disposal if I want to see it. The first day of navigation, while waiting for help for the mainsail, I dived with my mask to check the anchor's hold and in passing, I had seen this small round fart, 3 cm in diameter. I should have reported it after Lovesail. This attitude is simply called theft. Note that Garrish did the same thing to the boat next to mine during the final inspection and also asked for 200 euros cash for the same reason. SCANDALOUS ATTITUDE THAT ABSOLUTELY MUST BE REPORTED. Regarding Yacht Classic, this is the 5th time we have been there. It is Moreover, because we know Yacht Classic Hotel & Marina well, we chose LoveSail. We are satisfied with the hotel's services (showers, swimming pool, restaurant). However, we must say that the quality of the services and the cuisine tends to decrease (many tables have been added over the past 3 years, the staff is more stressed, and the prices that have increased significantly are no longer justified by the quality of the cuisine. Summary: LoveSail did not prepare the boat professionally, made us lose about 2 days of navigation, a boat that stinks (front cabin), and a scam at the end. A rental agency to absolutely not recommend.
