Apart from the basic functions (engine and sails), the boat is in a rather questionable condition. There is an urgent need for repairs, e.g. - 2 of 4 toilets do not draw any/insufficient flush water and partially flush the pumped out water into the basin (we were put off when we took delivery and an attempt at repair on the way was ineffective) - the lying surface of a rear cabin is broken in several places and is only hastily screwed together (loud creaking and deep hollow) - the wiring (light and TV) is hanging loose - various lights do not work (this was only acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders when we took delivery - no attempt at repair - the rods of the bimini are bent and only hastily repaired - the hinges of the rear hatch covers are distorted so that they no longer close - the bathing platform is so deformed that it tilts 10 degrees too far, the rollers have eaten deep into the GRP and lock when pulling up the platform so that you have to use the winch to fold it up and the entire platform cannot be folded up to the intended position - at the Reinforcements have been welded onto the swimming ladder, which regularly injure you (until you painfully learn how to get out of it). - The oven no longer uses top heat (it works without it, but there is still the worry that gas will still escape). - Most of the bunk cushions are saggy. - Drawers in the galley don't close. - Countless screws are loose. etc. The list is much longer, and many of the little things aren't worth mentioning on their own. But overall, the condition does not match the rating (9.5/10) and is also not in line with the charter price. However, I would like to highlight the service in the office. The support was very friendly and courteous. And a forgotten laptop was sent to me asap.
