Daniil, the platform manager who handled my application, made communication, the boat booking, and payment process as smooth, pleasant, and convenient as possible. He coordinated with management the possibility of payment in installments and even a small discount. The charter team acted like family, showing warmth and providing maximum assistance, even at their own expense, in the unusual situation we encountered upon arrival. The exceptional service, impeccable customer focus, care, and professionalism of the crew, led by the highly experienced captain, impressed us every second of our time on the boat!
