A terrible company that I will avoid in the future. They gave us a boat with an anchor windlass that worked just enough to move the chain during the check-in test—without any actual load. After raising the anchor twice, I noticed it wasn't working properly and was heavily worn, as it was the end of the season. Although I informed Antonis about this, he took no concrete action. They charged us €1,178 from our deposit, falsely claiming we had broken the windlass and adding charges for other parts that were already broken or worn when we took over the boat. I simply couldn't believe they were capable of such behavior. The staff—and Antonis in particular—were unscrupulous and focused on charging customers for alleged damages. With a calmness worthy of a better cause, they stated that charging customers this way was routine and that I shouldn't be surprised by it. They were keen to find out if we had deposit insurance so they could take advantage of the situation. We argued with them, but to no avail. It is clear that this is their standard way of operating.
