2 Terrible
A lot. The boat was in an unacceptable condition, and the safety of both crew and boat was at risk. And I'm not talking about minor things like dirt, broken or missing gas struts, etc. The engine was loose; two of the four mounting bolts were missing. We were suspicious of strange noises when accelerating during the first turn and discovered the problem. The charter company didn't respond; only after massive pressure and sending videos did they respond. In any case, we found the bolts neatly placed upstairs in the engine compartment. Since the engine block had already shifted, we had to build a pulley system with ropes and align the engine. Then we could insert the bolts. Since the two remaining bolts were already loose, we were on the verge of the engine completely coming loose, slipping, the propeller breaking off, and taking on water in the boat. The problems we reported upon taking delivery, such as a defective autopilot, a broken portside navigation light, and missing fenders, were ignored, and the promised mechanics are apparently still looking for the boat today. Communication with the charter company was a disaster...
