The whole experience booking with Boataround and the charter agency was very traumatic and utterly unprofessional. We decided to book through a booking platform and then the agency in order to be more secure that everything will be handled and organized well. Unfortunately, it was totally the opposite the booking platform left us alone and to handle all the problems directly with the agency, even the Skiper that we pay them both through the platform they didn’t help us with him and his mistakes After we finally found out that the boat was not functioning properly we had to handle it by ourselves in the middle of the sea, we were trying to get the information direction help from the charter agency, but we were left completely alone so we were waiting for the technicians to help solve the problem For two days at the end with everything was still not working and we won’t be able to solve the problems we return to the Marina and even though we were confirmed that we will get the refund. Everybody disappeared once we requested the refund both around said that they have they are not responsible and they have no connection to the charter agency or even to the Skiper that we have booked through them the charter agency is not replying to the emails, so even though you try to book through multiple intermediate in order to feel more safe at the end, your left alone when something goes wrong and so we feel much disappointed of course we are now seeking rights through legal lawyers and at the end everything will be on Sul on our side, but it was a horrible experience for us and we decided that from now on, we will organize it and go directly And not seek intermediate because at the end when you need help, everybody disappears
