I did not have the best overall impression of this boat rental. Immediately after sailing, the next day we had to return to our home marina and ask for the removal of hidden defects that were not apparent when we took over the boat - non-functioning auxiliary engine, leaky and damaged dinghies, damaged pulleys and ropes on the mainsail bag, damaged ladder on the bathing platform , improperly functioning water tank filling indicators, incorrect waste tank fullness indicators, damaged outdoor shower, poorly functioning handrail locks... I was disappointed in the Pirovac marina, as no one helped me when landing, which would have been useful for my crew, but we made up our minds. The sailor just looked on and when I shouted at him where I could land the boat, he replied that it was my business and I could land wherever it was free. Evidently I was not interested, because he saw that I was going to the home marina and probably assumed that there would be no tip. We returned to the home marina a day earlier, due to bad weather conditions already on Thursday. At first I circled the pool in hope, waiting for someone to indicate where to land safely. When I met again with a lack of interest in helping, I chose a suitable place in the marina due to the direction of the wind and landed safely. After five minutes, a sailor came to me and asked me to land somewhere else, as the place I had chosen was rented by another company. When I asked him where I could get untied, he told me to untied where I sailed from. I informed him that the place was fully occupied by other boats that were looking for protection from bad weather, and I got the reply that he was not interested and let AQUATORIA YACHTING, who owns the boat, handle it. On Thursday, however, there wasn't even a foot in the marina from this charter company, so I CHOSE another place, untied myself there, and when another sailor came to me, I ignored him and indicated to him that I would simply stay untied there and nothing I will not deal with him. I had the impression from all of this that AQUATORIA YACHTING probably doesn't have the best relations in the PIROVAČ marina and the sailors are making fun of each other at the expense of the yachtsmen. The lack of transport trolleys for yachtsmen is quite a problem in the Pirovac marina. For such a large number of crews, there are only a few trucks, almost all of which are in poor condition, and they could invest a little in this direction and improve the services. In the future, if possible, I will definitely prefer to avoid the Pirovac marina and in the future I will probably prefer to rent the boat from another company such as AQUATORIA YACHTING. For what I think is quite a lot of money, I expected different services and different quality.
