This year, we went sailing for the first time and we were thrilled! The booking and payment process with Boataround was extremely quick and easy. The sailboat Hani, despite not being the newest was exceptionally well-maintained and everything was very clean and tidy. It's very spacious and functional and the skipper was the highlight of our vacation. He made an effort to show us the most beautiful places, all his recommendations for bays and restaurants were excellent. He's exceptionally communicative and sociable and we felt very comfortable. After the reservation confirmation, all communication went through the skipper (such as boat location, parking, additional costs etc.), as Boataround did not respond to messages and I waited for weeks to get the email response.
Communication with clients must be faster and more up to date. You offer the option of chatting via WhatsApp, but no one responds to messages or on Messenger. It's also difficult to reach someone for a phone conversation. All in all, a serious company should pay attention to this because communication with clients is crucial, especially for someone who is going sailing for the first time and has many questions. It helped me a lot that I immediately received the skipper's contact and all communication went through him because, without that, who knows how long it would have taken to get timely information.
