It is a spacious boat for 8 people.
A holiday turned into a nightmare! For me and my family, this was a truly traumatic experience. After only two days, our catamaran holiday was cut short without warning and without any real reason – a simple joke between my husband and the skipper was completely blown out of proportion. We received no refund for the 5 lost days. What made it even worse is that we had also rented a second catamaran for our children. Because of the company’s decision, we were forced to separate from them – our kids stayed on their boat while we had to move into a hotel and wait until their holiday ended. It is unacceptable for a company to put a family in such a situation. Moreover, the conditions on board were disappointing: poor cleanliness (hair on the floor, dirty dishes and glasses, a shower that wouldn’t drain properly) and non-functioning air conditioning, even though this was a key condition of our booking. None of these issues were disclosed beforehand. We chose this catamaran because it was advertised as new (only its third charter), but in reality it did not look or feel like a new yacht at all. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and empathy completely ruined our holiday. I absolutely do not recommend this company!
