Some examples: the yacht is called Perun and not New, it had a fully battened mainsail and no furling mainsail (we had specifically looked for it, see email traffic!), the most simple information from Boataround such as the crew list did not reach the charter company. That's sad in 2023 and took a lot of time at check-in - the organization at the charter company: the missing information could easily have been requested in advance, the briefing only took place on Sunday instead of on Saturday as booked - the boat ran well, but had a lot small defects: screws torn out on the upholstery, hinges and table, the water supply kept failing, the refrigerator at the stern was defective, the dinghy was leaking - the Marina Drage is simply a disgrace - you would lose any lawsuit in this regard. The marina is not nearly finished, the buildings are still under construction, sanitary facilities and actually all facilities are missing, there are no parking spaces to unload luggage, the ground is only gravel, which is why trolleys, suitcases, even transport vehicles have to be carried for miles Access to the pier is only via the almost one meter wide quay wall and a bridge with steps over which everything has to be lifted, there are dangerous holes that are only partially and poorly covered, the infrastructure (electricity) only works to a limited extent on the boats There are loud parties going on late into the night, loud boxing matches with deafening music taking place on the shore, there are neither parking spaces for cars nor charging stations for electric vehicles - this marina, together with the organizational chaos, is the biggest disaster of marinas you can imagine can. Realistically, it would have to be closed due to the security deficiencies alone. Please stop offering charters from Marina Drage!

Unfortunately, the workmanship of this new Elan yacht is of poor quality: it must not be the case that the table top (rear/outside) detaches from the bracket after just a few uses: the screws used here are too short and too thin! Likewise, the height adjustments on the table in the boat don't hold up well: the tabletop goes down! Biggest (extremely disturbing) defect: The waste tank: Unfortunately, there is no switching valve on this new yacht. A button must be pressed/held while driving, which activates the waste pump and empties the tank. (You can read the percentage of filling from the display.) Unfortunately, there were always problems with emptying - when the dirt tank is full, nothing works anymore! There were already delays when the yacht was taken over, because the charter company's technicians could not really get this technical problem under control. We left with about 70% full waste tank and initially we managed to empty the tank to 3% and we somehow managed our first week of sailing. At the beginning of the 2nd week we were in Ragosniza and couldn't empty the waste tank anymore, and no more water was coming... When we complained on the phone, they said that we had clogged the tank! -Which then, after we had the technicians come to Ragosniza, turned out to be wrong, of course: both the waste and water tank displays mostly didn't work. In my opinion, this is an electronic problem with the sensors... In any case, we had an uneasy sailing trip because instead of anchoring in bays as planned, we had to switch to marinas several times - due to these problems. On the last day we had to do our dishes on the bathing platform because the waste tank was almost full and we wanted to leave room for our toilet use. Marina Drage: when we booked it was announced that this marina would reopen in May 2023. There were beautiful animation photos of a great marina facility with a pool. The fact was that this marina is a construction site. The charter company provided a shower + 2 toilets + 1 washbasin for men and women - approx. 300m outside the marina construction site. My conclusion: Elan 45.1 Impression - Perun - Bj. 2023: Yacht with cheap quality workmanship and with technical problems in the electronics (waste tank), anchor chain unfortunately without meter markings (should be standard) Emu-Carter-Yachting: Friendly support, both reception as well as technology; but - what good is it if these technical problems cannot be solved permanently. In my opinion, a credit/repayment of at least 30% of the total amount would be appropriate here. Sincerely, TS
