Customer service when problems arose. Passing on other information about yacht repair every now and then, forcing the yacht to leave the port. No willingness to help any proposition to solve the problem. Each conversation ended with the statement "If you don't like it, sue us". I absolutely do not recommend NOA Yachting!

Also do not like the attitude of one of the staff at the NOA office, when I complained about insufficient kitchen equipment on arrival - that we were many on the boat !? But we were 12 pers. as there is space and that is allowed. It was possible to charge for 12 pcs. on board (including tourist tax) but that there is no stuff for 12 people - we have to blame ourselves. We also had problems with the electricity on the boat, but NOA staff (in the office) blame us, that we used the boat's coffee machine, and that it may have affected the electricity not working. Technical staff met us in Vis on the island of Vis but could not find that it was wrong. Due to problems with electricity, we lost a few hours looking for faults on the boat instead of sailing .. Sleeps / cabins were otherwise nice and well equipped and other technical NOA staff were good and helpful. We had a bit of trouble on departure but it worked out well. Marina Kastela should also have a greater understanding of not arranging parties (wedding party was in the marina restaurant on Friday 21 June) and it will be difficult to sleep when partying in the Marina. A bit strange prioritization for those in charge of the marina, one might think. The wedding should be coordinated when boats / guests are not in the marina.
