I would like to express a serious complaint regarding our experience with the boat provided by your company, as the reality of the boat did not match the images in the offer. We chose your services based on pictures showing a blue boat with black sails, which we needed for filming purposes. Unfortunately, the boat we received was completely different. Additionally, the grill depicted in the images was not present, which was also important to us. The condition of the boat was very poor. It was poorly cleaned, and the cleaning quality was unacceptable. The air conditioning did not work, the boat was severely worn out, and sleeping at night was practically impossible due to loud creaking noises from the hull. We suspect that the boat might have been damaged. Furthermore, the generator did not work and caused issues with electricity, resulting in power outages. The toilet pump was also non-functional. For the past 10 years, we have been renting boats in Greece in May and October, but this is the first time we received a boat in such poor condition. We were planning to use your company for a Caribbean trip in 2025, but after this terrible experience, we are no longer willing to endure such poor service. You are misleading customers with images that do not reflect reality. We expect an explanation and a response regarding possible resolutions related to this situation.

Everything, paid 7000 euros for a boat that looked 20 years old and with which it was impossible to sail safely. Better to rent a gozzo. Despite reports of various returns from the previous skipper, no maintenance work was carried out. We carried out several interventions during the cruise. Really not recommended, first time in Greece I have found such lack of professionalism.
