The boat was definitely NOT the one depicted - the yacht I chartered was tired and poorly maintained. The two rear guard lines (protecting both helm positions from accidentally falling backwards) were too short to fit, and the buckle clip on one was broken anyway. The fridge had exposed rusty parts where the plastic coating should have been. The sail bag was broken. There was no boat manual to explain nuances of the boat - I did ask before the charter, but none was sent to me. The showers failed on day 1. The sailing displays by the help position (that give wind/heading info etc) had big black blobs on the screens in place of information. The main switch board in the lounge was labelled in Spanish and not English. The sail bag zip was jammed. And as for IB Yachtings' response for support - they were utterly terrible - Isabelle the person who completed by handover, was rude, kept repeating what she was saying and wouldn't let me speak or explain myself.
